Within Estonia:Services are charged based on an hourly rate only.
Outside Estonia: Prices are subject to separate agreement
Right to Refuse Service: The tow truck driver has the right to refuse service if the client cannot provide documentation proving their right to use the vehicle, or if there is a risk of damage to the tow truck, the vehicle in distress, or surrounding objects during the operation.
